Welcome to laki22. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between laki22 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the laki22 online casino and sportsbook platform available at laki22.org.

By creating a laki22 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the laki22 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the laki22 platform and close your account.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. laki22 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the laki22 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your laki22 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. laki22 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register personal player accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of laki22 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the laki22 platform for responsible gaming reasons.
• You must not have a pre-existing laki22 account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false information to establish eligibility is a material breach of this Agreement.

To access real-money gaming features on laki22, you must complete a registration process and pass the laki22 KYC verification procedure. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your CNIC number.

Following initial registration, laki22 will require you to submit the following documents to complete full KYC verification:

• A clear, legible copy or photograph of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
• Where requested by laki22's compliance team, a proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.

laki22 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as required by its AML and KYC compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your laki22 username or password with any third party. laki22 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login screen at laki22.org.

laki22 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals.
• EasyPaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals.
• HBL — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts.
• UBL — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts.
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier screen within your laki22 account and are subject to change. Higher transaction limits are available to fully KYC-verified accounts. laki22 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. laki22 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated at the cashier, typically within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers and within minutes for mobile wallet methods where network conditions permit. laki22 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending AML review without prior notice.

laki22 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be returned and may trigger an AML review. laki22 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from funds deposited in breach of this policy.

laki22 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified laki22 accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or use bonus funds.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds carry a maximum bet restriction while a wagering requirement is active. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted bet per spin or round while wagering a bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• laki22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Attempting to abuse the laki22 bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using systematic betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

All casino games available on the laki22 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available from the game information panel within the laki22 platform.

Sportsbook betting on laki22 — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, football, UFC, and other sports — is governed by the specific rules displayed for each market. Pakistani players are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to each bet type before placing a wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. laki22 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a market is declared void in accordance with the applicable event rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game play or bet settlement, laki22 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round or wager. Decisions made by laki22 in such circumstances are final.
• laki22 reserves the right to void or withhold settlement of any bet where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns, insider information, or match-fixing involvement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may vary by account verification tier.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement, you must submit a formal complaint to laki22 support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. laki22 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within ten (10) business days. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, escalation procedures under laki22's licensing authority may be available.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laki22 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one laki22 account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the laki22 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illegal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the laki22 platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks imposed by laki22.
• Accessing the laki22 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or account suspension.
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversal requests, or payment disputes without first raising the matter with laki22 support. Unjustified chargebacks are treated as fraud.

All content on the laki22 platform — including but not limited to the laki22 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of laki22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the laki22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any laki22 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any laki22 software.
• Use the laki22 name, logo, or brand assets in any context without prior written consent from laki22.
• Create derivative works based on any laki22 content or game software.

Any unauthorised use of laki22 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate account termination.

laki22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering a laki22 account, you consent to laki22 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by laki22 includes registration information, CNIC and KYC documentation, transaction records, betting history, device information, and communication records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, AML obligations, fraud prevention, and to improve the laki22 platform experience for Pakistani players.

laki22 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and licensed game providers where required for compliance or operational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laki22 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the laki22 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if laki22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond laki22's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game software providers, or other service providers integrated into the laki22 platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements and security obligations.

laki22's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your laki22 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The laki22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. laki22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors or viruses.

laki22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, laki22 will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the laki22 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory obligation or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the laki22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your laki22 account before the effective date of the changes. The current version of these Terms will always be available at laki22.org/terms-conditions.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page identify the currently applicable version of the laki22 Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laki22 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the laki22 internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by laki22's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction. Pakistani players are advised that online gaming regulation in Pakistan is a developing area, and you remain solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your participation on the laki22 platform.

The English language version of these Terms shall be the governing version for all legal and interpretive purposes, regardless of any translation that may be made available as a convenience to players.
